Half-day Mindfulness Retreat

Location: Richmond Beach Yoga in Shoreline
Students must pre-register
Open to everyone

A restorative afternoon of focused mindfulness meditation interspersed with gentle stretching exercises. Meditation instructions, guided meditation and chances to ask questions.
